Cancellation/Return

Payment of consideration to exhibiting users

・We will pay the exhibiting user between 300 yen and 2000 yen (including withholding tax) for each item purchased using listing data by other purchasers.

-Sellers can request payment from us at any time.

・If the seller requests payment by the 25th of each month, the Company will request payment from the seller's designated bank account (an account in Japan) within 45 days from the closing date (25th of each month). Payment will be made by bank transfer to (limited to ).

・Even if there is no payment request from the Exhibiting User, the Company will process the payment of the Exhibiting User's consideration by December 25th of each year. Payment dates and payment methods are the same as above.

*The transfer fee of 220 yen will be borne by the exhibiting user. The Company will pay the selling user the amount after deducting the transfer fee from the consideration.

*For individual sellers, we will pay the amount after deducting withholding tax.
